Happy Birthday To Me

Image may contain: text

Yes, today is my Birthday!

I am so much thankful to the Lord for giving me another year.

I told myself that I will not look back at the past years but instead focus on what I plan to do from now on.

Yes, this post might look like a New Year’s resolution post but really, it is always good to have this goal to be better…. anytime.

  1. Health
  • I want to have a better body. I want to be healthier. I weighed in this morning and I am 76 kilos. Very heavy for my height. Very bad for my age. Not ideal at all for my whole-being.

I know that I can lose the weight. I just need to focus and have self control.

Like today, I ate a lot wanting to take advantage of the free buffet meal–wrong, very wrong.

  • What am I doing or what do I plan to do to have a healthier life?

 good eating habits

good sleeping habits

continue my walking regimen of at least 10K steps a day

2. Spritual

I do not even go to church every Sunday. Most of the time, I am even late when I tried.

Sunday is a Catholic Obligation and I must abide wholeheartedly. I owe it to Him.

I also want to have a daily devotion time to nourish my faith.

3. Me Time

Regular Haircut

Regular Hair Coloring- ensure that the white hairs will not showwwwww..

Regular Mani and Pedi

Make Up- oily face is not good at all

4. Be a Better Mom

Well, my son and I really do not have a bonding day except when we go hear mass and eat afterwards.

I want to have a better relationship with my son.

5. Be a Better Wife

I must always keep in mind what true love is.

1 Corinthians 13:4-8 New International Version (NIV)

Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away.
